Apr 18, 2016 at 4:44 comment added darth pixel Simple answer sounds like this: lower (too low) rating can cause your replicator won't work properly, higher won't cause it. Too high will never be used by your machine so it's the case of spending money. But as @Thetravellingfool you should always have some reserve.
