I'm trying to 3D print a cookie/clay cutter with the cutting edge at 0.4 mm but I keep getting small gaps in the print that seem to appear randomly. I've toyed with settings such as increasing the extrusion and turning off retraction to no avail.

Would appreciate it if anyone can offer any help with this. I've attached the .gcode and .stl file.

  • 3D Printer: Creality Ender 3 Pro
  • Nozzle: 0.4 mm
  • Filament: PLA+
  • Slicer: Simplify3D
  • 3D Modeling Software: Fusion 360
