"Smooth" is not necessarily helpful as an adjective here, as it means different things to different people in different contexts and applications. Perhaps photographs would help to highlight the specific problems you are facing? Also, I am confused by the question a bit, since the first part makes it seem that you have direct access to a 3D printer, but the second part suggests that you are purchasing services. There may be different answers for the two situations. | |
