With a 0.4 mm nozzle and if you want at least 2 perimeter walls (so one in your slicer setup) at the trailing edge, the edge itself needs to be at least 0.8 mm thick, not thinner. Please explain what you mean with "brim", a brim is a first layer adhesion tool, not something for the whole trailing edge/model.

Oct 30, 2018 at 22:16 | comment | added | fuxT | @PerplexedDipole that is no problem for me if the slicer is cutting off a small part from the rear part of the wing. My main concern is to get a constant thickness of the brim.
Oct 30, 2018 at 22:01 | comment | added | fuxT | @Trish yes that works but I want to add some stable structure to the hollowed part with two holes for a carbon tube and wires
Oct 30, 2018 at 21:46 | comment | added | Perplexed Dipole | This will be very hard to accomplish with FDM printing as you are limited by the nozzle diameter, the slicer is cutting off the parts that your current set up cannot print
Oct 30, 2018 at 21:46 | comment | added | Trish | have you tried simply using a solid STL and then choosing "0% infil" in your slicer?
